woah, CrazyDiamond, you've done so well on this diet!
I'm currently on Day 5, was doing alright until this evening when stomach loudly rumbled and so I decided to chop up 2 celery sticks into small pieces and ate those - does anyone know if that will affect ketosis/weight loss? I've read online that celery is ok, but just wanted to double check.
Annoyed with myself as I'd been 100% 3 shakes a day til now.
