Have to agree with Irish mum here, I used to wait until a new diet week to 'start again' not anymore, start right now, so much time wasted by myself in thinkin that way, and to add that the whole point of calorie counting is that you never 'blow it' as no food is a sin food is fuel, so you fill up the tank too much you just have to make sure you don't the next day. Words like 'blown it' and 'start again' are words which stop us from losing weight and are destructive, eating shouldn't be viewed in this way. Just carry on... eat only your cals the next day xx
