2 x weight watchers sausages (1 syn)
Slimming world chips
Wholemeal toast HEB
Tea with semi skimmed milk HEA
Snack
Grapes
Lunch
Jacket potato
Baked beans
Salad
Dinner
Diet coke chicken
Salad
