Start of a new me....hopefully!

Today I am starting slimming world, for the very first time. I have about 3 1/2 stone to lose.

My food for today on EE will be:

Breakfast:

Trimmed bacon
Baked beans
2 x weight watchers sausages (1 syn)
Slimming world chips
Wholemeal toast HEB

Tea with semi skimmed milk HEA

Snack

Grapes

Lunch

Jacket potato
Baked beans
Salad

Dinner

Diet coke chicken
Salad

This isnt finished (may still need to work out syns etc)

A little bit of background info on me. I'm 31, mummy to two gorgeous girls (5 and 2), live with my long suffering husband!

I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, have been every size from an 8 to a 16. I currently way 11st 11 which is way to much for my 5ft 2" frame.

I have health issues which have required a fair amount of steroids over the years, which are not the cause of my weight gain but have not helped. I struggle to exercise as I often have mobility issues, and am scared of hurting myself even more then I already hurt, if that makes sense? I comfort eat to make myself feel better, which doesn't really work does it? I make myself feel better for the five minutes I'm scoffing and then feel worse because I know I wasn't hungry and all I've done is add more weight to my body!

I want to make a healthy change, something that I can maintain, so I'm giving slimming world a go. I've fallen off of the weight watchers wagon more times then I care to admit and think a change is as good as a rest.

Have had a good start so far and am hoping the rest of the day will follow suit.
