Hi there important joining you guys on the Dukan journey tomorrow but still haven't managed to get any oat bran can you please give me any ideas where i can get this from pleeeeeease thanks xx

tescos creal aisle, morrisons cereal aisle & holland & barrats

Yes when I was in the UK tescos was the place or Amazon Uk if online. Good luck and enjoy the journey its amazing and please read the book and dont go away from the book on what foods you can have. There are some amazing people on this site who will guide and support you.

When there was none left at the cereals bit of tesco i got it in the whole foods aisle. X

Asda has it in their cereal aisle too so hopefully you won't have any problems getting hold of some!
