I'm starting back at ww again for my third (serious) attempt. Im in my mid 20s and have about 4-5 stone to lose and while my motivation is at an all time high right now I know it will fade in a few weeks. I would appreciate if someone could point in the direction of a good thread/blog to follow here. Thanks!
