Any tips for me?
I am loving this diet so far - On attack I have lost 1.2kg on day 1, 400g on day 2, 400g on day 3 and 700g yesterday - a total of just over 6lbs. I am not far off my lowest weight since 2004
I have just over 5 weeks until I go on holiday and would really love to shift another lose 6 or 7lbs (although anything will be good!) so any advice is very welcome.
Today I am planning to eat:-
B - turkey ham and chicken chunks
L - home-made tomato and basil soup, smoked salmon, boiled egg and cottage cheese
D - smoked haddock(?) or cod and runner beans and mushrooms/courgettes
S - galette, 0% greek yoghurt with vanilla
Not sure if I can have the haddock - need to read the book again!
