be careful of some of the recipes on there,i think it is an american site and some things we aren't supposed to have/can't get in the uk eg 0% cream cheese and the grated cheese that's mentioned along with ricotta etc
edited to say... i have had this site bookmarked right from the start of my diet and do use it for ideas but just because the recipe is on there doesnt mean its ok to have, if in doubt ask on here
