I've got my box and I'm excited as I've been really binging over the past few weeks and feel really down on myself, so this is going to make me feel in control again hopefully!
Had granola for brekkie and an apple mid morning. Will have soup for lunch, nakd bar mid afternoon and then meal sachet with veg for tea. I thought I'd have a muller light yoghurt for pudding - I think that is allowed as I have some calories to add? Will probably need another bit of fruit at some point during the day. - Does this sound like what the rest of you are eating?
