Decided to 're-start' exante today (I've tried it a few times in the past but never made it past 3 days!) Anyway, after 3 or 4 weeks of not properly following Weight Watchers and not losing any weight due to my over-eating/lack of exercise I've decided to try exante again, but this time actually stick to it and take it seriously!
Weighed myself this morning and the scales read '13st 0.5', being only 5"3 this is overweight and so I will be follwoing 'Total Solution'. My ultimate goal is to be a size 10-12 and around 10st.
At the minute I'm a size 14 (some size 14s are very snug on me). A few years ago I managed to drop from 12st to 10.5st through weightwatchers and lots of exercise (I was working out 2-3 times per day) but managed to gain this all plus more - not sure why this happened.
I've tried give this plan a go again but found a lack of motivation to continue due to small losses e.g. 1lb per week, this is why I want to do exante, I feel that if I see drastic changes in my weight I will be motivated to continue!
So anyway, Day 1 beings and I will be having 2 shakes and 1 bar
