Starting JUDDD today

I've been doing slimming world and I love it, but really want to try this diet!
So today I'm doing a DD, I've had a pear for my breakfast, a hard boiled egg for lunch and a plate of veg for dinner. I'm not sure how many cals were in the veg but I'm guessing the whole day should be under 500, which I'm going to set as my limit for DD.
Looking forward to tomorrow :)
 
Hi and welcome, have you visited the Juddd website, there you can work out your cals allowance but under 500 is the general rule so excellent start, enjoy your UP day tomorrow and any questions ask away, we are a friendly bunch and always happy to help x

Sounds like you had a great DD. Ive just finished my first DD and it wasn't too bad.

For my UDs I'm tracking with MY fitness pal and I'm having between 1600-1800 cal because the calc says that's my limit lol, but most people use 500/2000
