You will be so glad you decided to do this diet, especially when the first few days are out of the way as those tend to be quite grim for most with headaches and hunger etc!
Once your in ketosis it really is mind over matter about food. I am on week 5 and feel fab!
As for exercise it is totally upto you, some do exercise and feel fine others simply do not have the energy.. I asked a similar question on here last week and after reading the comments I decided to leave all exercise until after the diet as we are on a very small ammount of calories a day if we burn those off exercising we are left worn out, possibly feeling hungry and grumpy.. last thing we want to do is give up this diet due to over doing it.
