Starting nights

Well back off holiday and want to give this a serious go for many reasons. Issue being home or class not sure yet, now I start nights tonight so when would I start. I haven't followed for breakfast was at mums and pub for lunch. Do I start from midnight or when I get up tomorrow afternoon on so confused

I start nights tonight! I actually find I lose better on nights.
I use syns and healthy extras from midnight-midnight. When I'm in the swing if them I tend to have tea at 2am ish, a big fruit salad before bed then a smaller portion of a tea before heading out to work.
Eg - 7pm- chicken stirfry, 2am, cottage pie, 6am fruit salad.
Keep drinking lots of water as well- I must have 2litres during work hours alone
 
I work nights too & I go from sleep to sleep. I have a big dinner before I go to work at about 6pm (I work 19:30-8am) then during the night ill snack on boiled eggs, Linda McCartney sausages, fruit, veg, yogurt, HE's & syns. Then before I get into bed at about 9am ill have breakfast. Usually muesli with honey & yogurt or scrambled eggs on toast. Working nights hasn't affected my losses, I don't loose more or gain more x
