Starting S&S today

Hi All, I have spent my entire life yoyo dieting and tried everything from Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Atkins and Cambridge diet to experience losses only to put it all back on again and more :break_diet: I've decided on Slim and Save due to the variety of sachets and the fact I have so much to loose and want quick results. It is also affordable. I did really well on Cambridge but due to several stressful family incidents gained all the weight and a little more. I have decided that I need to take conventional food out of the equation for a while so that I can re-establish more positive relationships with it at a later date. This is something that I need to do for myself and find that counselling doesn't really work for me. I'm going to have the 4 packs a day as I like the idea of saving a bar for the evening when my munchies traditionally kick in. I hope to lose 6 and a half stone initially (I'll tweak things from there) and hope that 4 stone of that is shifted by Xmas. I'll be walking my dogs a lot more too to try and increase my exercise. Going to use a pedometer and aim for 5K steps a day. I've been a minim ins member for some time time now, visiting on and off. This is my first time on the slim and save board :D I look forward to reading your stories and keeping in touch with my progress. Knowing you are all watching should help keep me on track

Bye for now.

Hello and welcome
