Hi all
I have joined this forum as I've decided to start SW again. My aim is to loose the stone that has slowly crept on in my desk job. I have upped my fitness recently so this will compliment it nicely.
I intend to join a group but can't really get to one until Thursday at the earliest.
I have done SW before and remember the basics but I'm feeling a bit stuck as I've lost my old book.
As a vegetarian the old green days are easy enough for me to follow.
Can anyone give me an overview of the green plan until I get to group.... or point me to a relevant thread? I know the free foods I can eat but can't remember how many syns a day or the healthy extras.
