Starting the journey again :D

Hello all I'm Pip, I started the slimming journey over a year ago and was doing well until I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer, so took time out for treatment and unfortunately gained a lot of weight back due to the medication (and saying screw it I will eat all the yumminess I feel like to make me feel better). But I am back in the saddle now and already a joyous stone and a half down (hooray for Slimming World and a wonderful first week) I look forward to chatting with all you lovely people as we support each other on the journey xxx

I'm new too. I'm sorry to hear about the cancer, what a shake up you have had. I'm so glad that you have come out the other side... what's a bit of weight gain after all that eh? The best of luck to you

Thank you, yeah has been an interesting year.... but am hopefully on the other side now so woohoo.... now time to kick these pounds to the ground I wish you luck in your journey too xx
