Hi all
I am starting tomorrow on working solution. I tried total a year ago but I felt so ill on it. Now I am going to do a shake, a soup and a low carb (less than 20g) dinner, no more than 400 cals.
It will give me a few more calories and hopefully stop me feeling ill like I did last time.
Really excited about starting again, I have my blender and ice all ready to go tomorrow.
