Starting tomorrow!

Hi everyone - my first post here as I'm starting Exante tomorrow!

Have been a successful Cambridge dieter before so am familiar with the concept of VLCD's but new to Exante. Will be looking out for tips and hints of what's allowed or not from you all!

I'm approaching a big birthday at the end of this year and this is my real motivation to improve my health and lifestyle. I don't want to be fat, unfit and forty! I started the Couch to 5K running programme in January and am now running (well - fast jogging) 5-6km every other day which seems to have kicked the "unfit" into touch but despite this massive shift in my exercise levels I have not lost any weight at all  Myself and my running buddy are both doing the Exante programme (she started last week) so we will be supporting each other along the way, as we have with our running.

My target weight and date is set for when I go on holiday in the summer, I have some lovely summer clothes that I'm really looking forward to re-claiming from my under-bed storage drawers!!

Bring on the weight-loss and roll-on summer! :flirt2:

Hi hun and welcome. I started c25k today, I'm not one for running so I hope it gets easier :)
Good luck with the first few days, stick with it as you know it will get easier. Drink plenty of water.
Bouillon and Dr Pepper are my saviours.

We're the same height as well :) xx

Hi
Good luck for the diet. I'm currently in the thinking about starting VLCD stage. I'm worried about how I'd cope with shakes/soups etc and feeling hungry etc. As well as yo-yoing and putting it all plus some back on.

Nursetubs....Dr Pepper?? You can drink that?
