Starting tomorrow!!!!

So I got my packs today...I had lots of fun looking through the box. I've got the 4 week variety box...my daughter is having good fun organising them into days for me!!

Anyway I better introduce myself! Im Helen, im 35 and have 4 kids. I am currently 7 stone overweight :sigh: I did Cambridge diet ages ago and lost 2 1/2 stone in 6 weeks. I found it tough but the results were great. Anyway loads has happened since then....I split up with my DH and then got back together...started a new career as a dental nurse and had a change of lifestyle by selling my horse. All those things combined led to my weight loss.#

I am now in a place where I want to lose the weight, im a bridesmaid in September and don't want to be the fat one!

So I start tomorrow. I have my packs ready thanks to my daughter...the water is chilling in the fridge and im ordering lots of willpower for the next 4 weeks!!!

Hi boofaloo, I have just started the exante TS diet today. I have a lot of weight to lose and after many diets before I've resorted to this VLCD as my final option. This time I'm determined to shed the weight. Day 1, 4 shakes down and I can't believe how nice they are. As of yet food hasn't bothered me however I'm expecting that it will become harder once the ketosis kicks in. I'm looking for someone to support and help support me and give me that motivational boost I will need the further into the diet I get. Anyways, looking forward to following your journey!

im trying to keep busy today. I have started a diary on here to try and keep me on track. Ive got loads to lose too...im hoping on 4 stone by September 4th. I just nee to take it one day at a time!!
