Step 1 Sole Source Starting tomorrow

Hi everyone,

I've decided to take the plunge and start the Cambridge Weight Plan. I'm 12st12 and my goal weight is 9-9st 7. I go away in 3 weeks so need to be 100%. I will continue once I get back. I start tomorrow so here goes.
