Can people please give me some good advice, I have no idea what i'm doing in terms of exercise, before the diet I used to exercise at an intense level, then I slacked off, gained weight you know the story, now I want to start exercising while im on step 2 but I have no idea if what im doing will slow my losses or help, I was thinking of brisk walking for 40 minutes 5 days a week and using weights, my consultant says this will be fine and it should not stop my losses, what is everyone else's experiences of exercise on step 2?
Oh and i'm also concerned about building up muscle with this routine...tbh I have enough already!
