Basically step 2 is the next step up from soul source/soul source plus, its where you have 3 packs plus a 200 cal carb free meal plus milk. There is a non food option on step two where you have 4 packs a day and milk so that might be what you're doing. I started on 2nd October, got my second weigh in tomorrow night. I'm nervous though as on my first week my scales said I lost 10lbs but hers said 4lbs so I was gutted! So god knows what hers will say next week! But my scales have always been accurate in the past so I think I've lost a stone now in two weeks. I know it will slow down soon though and level off a bit. I've found it OK for the most part but it's quite hard at weekends!
