Yes, but I can't really comment on losses as I am close to target so they're pretty minimal for me - I have known people to say they've had 2-3lbs a week on step 2 though....
Why not do a sort of ss+/step 2 hybrid - the quantities on step 2 are much more than ss+ and seeing as its only in tea you want the milk you could use the ss+ meal measurements and have the milk - as well?
Nope, last time I had two weeks off I went straight from ss to eating. This time from step 2 two (going away Saturday)
I suffered bloating and indigestion last time but it was self inflicted, if if kept my portions smaller and not eaten so much rich food I would have been fine.
I don't drink a great deal but did have 2-3 cocktails every day without issue.

I am on step 2 and have averaged 3 lbs a week , so for some people the loses are quite good , i am glad to have milk and a small meal and thats what has kept me going !! Good luck xx
Before I lost it I was doing Step 2 for around 8 weeks and averaged 5-6lb per week, my CDC said I'd lose more as I'm male, and I found it a lot easier having the meal on my break at work
