Hi on second day of the 810 and not feeling that hungrey dont no weather it just hasnt started yet what are people eating for there meal i had a piece of chicken with brocoli which i enjoyed what are people losing hoping to loose at least 5lb in first week
 
I'm doing ss+. Today's my 2nd day. I'm ok, I'm not really hungry but people keep offering me things at work and I don't want to tell them I'm doing the cd. I don't like water so I've struggle with that lot and its passing straight through me. I'm hoping to lose 4 stone, in total on the diet and really hoping I have a good lose in week 1.
 
Does anyone have recipe ideas? I only eat eggs, chicken, fish and quoin out the list. So I need new recipes so it does get repetitive

I made a mushroom omelette with two eggs water and mushrooms , salt pepper and mixed herbs , it was lovely !
 
I made a sort of oriental stir fry weighing together spring onions, green chilli, broccoli, pak choi mushroom and a teeny bit of grated ginger. I had it with tofu but it would work with chicken as well.

Didn't realise how heavy mushrooms are though, you don't get much for your 80g!

I just weighed cooked chicken and had 3pieces by mistake...and re-read it and realised I've eaten to much...today I've had 2packets of milkshake and 2mouth fills of cottage cheese low cal...80g of leeks and 3 chicken breasts...so disappointed in myself :( should I skip the third milkshake ???? Please help!!! X feeling low

It was actually 2 and a half pieces of chicken...but weighed 245g cooked ..please help??? Should I skip my 3rd shake???x
