Well, still here, still checking in on the exante site but not on the programme at the minute...happily maintaining through sensible choices but am working my notice at work and about to start a new job so social engagements and work stress have put a temporary stop to TS at the minute. I know that I will be about to start soon (1st March) and get going as I like the control I feel when fully TS and it will help me with my new job...normal service will be resumed as soon as possible..still need that last 1 and a half stone target off by summer....countdown begins..trying to eat low carb so I won't find going into ketosis to much of a shock to the system...hope everyone else is doing well!
