Guys so far I was just counting carbs. eg a tomato apparently has 5g of carbs but only 3.5 net carbs. so far i was counting 5 should I be counting 3.5?
Yes love, in the main most foods contain fibre and you should subtract that, however please not that all labelled food in the EU already have the fibre subtracted from the carb count.
Oh and tomato's in general are a no no on induction.
Thanks for clearing that up- I am careful with my tomatos as I know they are higher in carbs than say- lettuce! but they are the only vegetable that I actually like
You know love, I didn't really like veggies much before Atkins, but I have grown to love them. Try frying up some kale with bacon lardons, or yummy cabbage and leek.
