Stir Fry

Morning,

Does anybody have a home-made stirfry sauce I could use please? All the ones in the shops seem so unhealthy!!

I don't have stir fry's very often but the last one I made I just put some soy sauce in and a tbsp of sweet chilli dipping sauce (2 syns) x

I just add loads of spices to my stirfry (usually cumin, garlic and chilli) and then a generous glug of soy sauce and 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 Syns). Lovely!

Thanks ladies........I didn't have soy sauce, only worcester but i added a tin of tomatoes, garlic salt, chilli and worcester and it was lovely. Must buy some soy tomorrow!!
