hi all. i was wondering how u al make chicken stirfrys..how many cals do use say for 1 boneless fillet? also can u use water instead of oil..would appreciate how u all make stirfrys.x thks
 
Well, I make a stirfry by dicing up a chicken breast and frying it in a little oil. Then I add peppers, bamboo shoots and shaved carrot. You could also put in beansprouts, mangetout, baby corn, sugar snaps, water chestnuts and probably other things that I'm forgetting!

You can add any vegetables you want really. I would be worried that cauliflower/broccoli wouldn't be strong enough to withstand all the shaking but some people do put these veggies in so whatever suits you really!
