Ok as I am on one at the moment I am going to start posting my food diary -

Wednesday April 25th - Extra Easy

Breakfast -35 g bitesize shredded wheat ( HEB) + banana

Lunch - Bacon, scrambled eggs, loads of cherry tomatoes and mushrooms

Dinner - Mushy pea curry with rice, a pear, an apple and an orange

HEA - Skimmed milk

a large cheeky glass of wine

Some fruit mid afternoon



Thursday April 26th - EE

Breakfast -
2 slices wholemeal bread ( HEB ), 2 poached eggs, bacon, baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms, and a pear

Lunch - still stuffed from breakfast so just an apple and an orange and some yogurt

Dinner - Chicken, 'chips' . huge salad, swiss roll

HEA - skimmed milk
 
Friday 27th April - EE

Breakfast -
Peanut hi fi bar , a banana and an apple (HEB)

Lunch - Chicken salad from deli - heaps and heaps of superfree!

Dinner - 4 M and S low fat pork sausages ( 4 syns ) , mashed potato, green beans, carrots, syn free onion gravy

Large glass of wine

Swiss roll

HEA - skimmed milk x
