To Knor or not to Knor...
In just getting a subscription in on this post for the same reason to know about stock cubes - for attack and cruise! Im day 3 attack just now and altho reckon i cud cope another couple of days without them (if necessary) till cruise, im trying to plan ahead.
Im thinking on starting off cruise trying veg soup and slow cooker type casseroles really (will scout about for recipe ideas) - re casseroles, was thinking of doing just meat then adding veg for pv days!
Anyway - im rambling! Which stock cubes are allowed, given their salt/fat content! I have a serious intolerance to garlic which limits me somewhat (ie Bullion a no-no) but i know Knor cubes and stock pots are ok for me that way...
Any advices appreciated...
