Oh I've just read your post properly, and my eyes glanced over to your stats... with a BMI of 23.2, I really wouldn't advise this diet. OK some might not agree with me but I've always said the same - it's too drastic as it cuts out food groups, requiring slow gradual reintegration over a lengthy period of time, and if you don't do this- which is hard to do when you're very slim- you'll be yoyoing for months...
So please, particularly as you've tried before and found it hard and felt ill, perhaps try Conso... rather than phases 1 or 2...
