String beans

This may be obvious to all of you, but I was disapointed to find that runner beans were not on the list of allowed veg for induction as I still have some in the freezer, but it turns out that they are the same thing.

hmm i bought green beans (french beans) and intended on having them tonight. are they the same?

i thought they were safe because they were green lol

Yes they're fine... its just the American terminology for them. x
