Shoot to thrill
Urgh. I plateau'd at 16 and a half stone and I've done it again at 15 and a half. I've been fluxuating between 216 and 220 for the last few months.
I need a kick up the backside.
I've been eating like it's going out of fashion. Like I'm never going to have a proper meal in all my life. Yesterday I had a massive carvery plus dessert. Then a jacket potato for dinner and a cheese toastie later on.
Bloody hell I never eat like that. But my brain just wasn't telling me that I was full despite knowing that I should've been.
I go on holiday, to America -hopefully, damn volcano - in June. I want to be in the 14s by then. Don't care if it is 14 stone 13 lbs. I want to see that 14 on my scales.
What can I do? Do you any of you fancy swapping email addresses and keeping in touch daily with what we've been doing. That would help me immensely.
How do you train yourself to know that an unhealthy food will never taste as good as being thin feels. I sort of think 'well I'd rather have chocolate right now.' I need to replace that eating with another treat.
What is a treat that isn't food? Shoes? Every time I don't eat something unhealthy I really want or I go for a run I can put a fiver towards the shoes I want!
