No point in eating if you don't really feel like it - park the guilt with the hunger & come back to it when you're ready.
I suspect thats part of the learning experience - ie not eating out of habit - but I guarantee you will feel hungry again soon! On Sunday I had a good breakfast - veal sausage & tomato, & some toast n marmalade. By lunchtime I still wasn't that hungry, so I nibbled at a couple of muffins, which was fine but I really didn't want any more. I was fine until around 8.30, then absolutely famished, so polished off steak, tomato and cabbage with a yoghurt for afters. Plus some cheese. Forgot about the fruit but I'll make up another day!
I think feeling thirsty is a good sign - I always felt extra thirsty when I was in ketosis and losing weight!
