struggling to eat

any ideas folks? I don't feel ill, I'm just not hungry at all. Believe me, wanting to eat has never been an issue! Had 2 boiled eggs this morning, my muffins as a snack (2tbsp of oatbran worth) mince at lunch (a whole pack, guess that's a lot) and have had 1 sf jelly since. It's now 930 and I can't bring myself to have dinner :( argh
 
Dont have it then, u cant make yourself eat, u might wake up in the night a bit peckish if u dont eat something though! Im normally starving by 5am!
 
It's knowing I'm not eating enough to lose that's annoying!
 
Cooked up a feast for tomorrow to make it up.
 
I'm the same feel I don't eat enough, and I don't want to eat. I go through the motions, I was desprate for sweetness yesterday that was the first time I wanted something. Its the thirst as well I'm drinking all the time are you? Maybe we are full of water!
 
Probably not enough today as work was so busy! Have had some cooked turkey and yoghurt now. And making muffins for tomorrow so I eat more! Tuesday and Thursday I work two jobs so I need to pack an entire days worth of food! X

No point in eating if you don't really feel like it - park the guilt with the hunger & come back to it when you're ready.

I suspect thats part of the learning experience - ie not eating out of habit - but I guarantee you will feel hungry again soon! On Sunday I had a good breakfast - veal sausage & tomato, & some toast n marmalade. By lunchtime I still wasn't that hungry, so I nibbled at a couple of muffins, which was fine but I really didn't want any more. I was fine until around 8.30, then absolutely famished, so polished off steak, tomato and cabbage with a yoghurt for afters. Plus some cheese. Forgot about the fruit but I'll make up another day!

I think feeling thirsty is a good sign - I always felt extra thirsty when I was in ketosis and losing weight!
 
Thanks supertonic. Think I was worried I'd push my body into starvation and stop losing. So desperate to get to that half way point at the moment! Nowhere near drinking enough just now so I need to push that!
