I am in the third day of my CD and have just nibbled on a quarter of a piece of ryvita. I am feeling very very light headed and have done very little work today! I have already lost 3 lbs and am very very pleased and I know that this is the only way i am going to shift the excess weight I have put on over the years. But I find lunchtimes the hardest in terms of being light headed and in the evening when everyone is eating delicious homemade food is also hard.
Anyone got any advice?
