Hi guys I am on day 8 - 100% at all times, but I am starving have been for last 2days. I don't want to cheat or anything like that but it's 17.30 just had my soup and last pack for the day - still hungry. As I have over 9stone to loose is it ok to add another pack to my day that might work. Constantly hungry is not good. Any thoughts I was not like this in first week and have kept my water intake up.
