I'm off in town with my mum tomorrow and miss sitting down to lunch together so I was thinking of having a chicken breast salad bowl with cucumber, lettuce, green peppers and gherkins, I'm pretty sure the breast is 100g anyway as it's all pre measured but just a bit worried of the salad being over 200g and I'm not sure how much 200g looks like as I don't normally have the veg/salad.
Would I be kicked out of ketosis if I had more than 200g?
