Success express

Thinking of giving this a go it seems to good to ne true. Read up on it and the only downside to it that I can see is that you take the higher syn value. Has anyone done this and what was your experience ?

Success Express is a fantastic plan and I highly recommend it. See the sticky thread I made a while ago for more information.......

It's pretty easy to follow and if followed you can double your losses
As for the syn values I find it easier to stick to things which are the same syn value on all plans, so things like chocolate, crisps, alcohol, gravy, stuffing etc.

If you have access to the official SW website there is a 7 day meal planner too which is for Success Express.

I find success express easier when I've done a big food shop so I've got loads of fruit and veg in lol xxx
