Appologises if this is in the wrong section but i am wanting to do a week of success express, ive never done it before and i would like a little boost.
Today ive had a banana at 9 am
weetabix and milk at 11am
lunch i was thinking subway ham salad and some lentil soup?
snack - muller light yoghurt
dinner - lentil soup followed by mango?
some fruit later on tonight, does this sound ok for a success express day ?
