Sugar Free Jelly and yoghurt desert?

Hi,

I have been reading through old posts and have found them very informative!

Is sugar free jelly allowed?:confused:

On the slimming world diet I used to mix a sugar free jelly packet with 1/2 pint of boiling water then mix in a pot of Muller light, I would pour between 2 cups and set in the fridge. It made a mousse type desert that was gorgeous!!

Would this be allowed on Duakn? If so would it be allowed on PP days or PV days?

I believe your desert would be allowed on both - as long as the mullerlight was either vanilla or toffee flavoured - the fruit flavoured versions are not allowed.
 
Great, they are lush, I have such a sweet tooth! Looking forward to starting this tomorrow.
My husband thinks its just another one of my fads, as I have tried that many diets, reading all your successes has really inspired me thought!

Nicole I have just made this with some fat free greek yoghurt. The yoghurt melted in whilst it was hot and it looks like the old fashioned milk jellies I used to have as a child :) x

Had some of this was great even kids liked it I made it with one muller light dint think it was fluffy so added another it still set ive made another using fromage frais and added whole pot x
 
I love this pud its my saviour on Dukan!!! eating some right now LOL !!! x
