Lamb shank roasted in the oven with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Carrot and swede cooked then blitzed with the hand blender to make carrot and swede mash.
Cabbage
Gravy (19 cals per 50ml? 1 syn maybe)
Stuffed! There was quite a bit of bone with the shank so theres not quite as much meat as it looks lol.
