Morning everyone
A beautiful bright sunny day here in Wirral this morning.
Just about to tackle a weeks worth of ironing:sigh: while I watch the F1 grand prix I recorded earlier.
Todays menus:
BF: Blackberries with FF
Lunch: Sunday Dinner - Quorn roast with carrot and swede, green beans and roasted sweet potato
Supper: 1 slice W/M piled high with egg salad.

tis a lovely day today...........just about to go play on my motorbike......may head towards southport.......
had poached eggs and bacon on toast for breakie......as for the rest of the day i have no idea.............

Super here in Sunny Sussex! Was very foggy first thing but really nice now.
If only it could be like this for next Saturday as it's our twins 21st birthday party! Please all cross finger for me. Irene, I see from your ticker that WW is still suiting you well! Well done.

has been lovely and sunny here today but i've been at work. the heating is on at work and i don't have a clue how to operate the boiler room, so when i was playing monopoly with one of my clients i was feeling a little overheated and faint!
