supernoodles help

hey there chaps. i did post this on the syns thread but thought it might get answered quicker here. i have some chicken supernoodles and i thought they were free initially but now think they are about 3.5 syns for the packet. is this right? i'm getting a bit confused...

Yeah, the normal Supernoodles are syn'd. But the low fat ones are free on a Green day, aren't they?
I've only found them in Asda so far, but my Asda have got some Chilli Chicken ones in now, which they didn't have before so I'm hoping they're free too!

Yes all the low fat ones are free but the full fat ones are Synned
