Supernoodles or supermarket branded noodles

Hi Everyone,
For lunches I'd thought about having supernoodles or cheap equivalent, can anyone tell me what the syn values are? I only really like the chicken or chicken curry ones.

Hi Kate, super noodles are very bad but the low fat ones are syn free. I usually have the Thai flavour but they do a chicken and herb one too they taste just as good! x

I have the low fat chicken and herb ones - I tend to add a few splashes of soy sauce or tabasco to give them some oomph! I really don't like the sweet thai chilli one though! I also like the mugshots - theyre noodley and the chicken one, and a few others of those are syn free
