Sushi syns

Was just wondering how many syns would be in sushi - does this just sound healthier than it is?

I had a prawn, tuna and vegetable sushi pack from Tesco. It is 138g but its listed as 142g on the syns online and its only 1.5 syns! If you search Tesco and then sushi in the syns online it will bring them all up!

That's great help thank you. Soo pleased its low syn value coz I quite often snack on the tesco snack pack - prawn n tuna one you mention
