Sushi?

Hi all,

I'm off to a sushi restaurant this weekend. Can anyone recommend the most healthy choices? I'm obv going to steer away from the tempura and gyoza even though I LOVE both. :cry::p I reckoned: edamame beans, salmon maki, tuna maki and cucumber maki...anything else? Also, how do you know if they have mayo in them?

Looked on SWonline for syns but couldn't be certain.

im on ee and was wondering same thing i thought if i avoid all ones with avocado and mayo or fried i should be ok but i really dont know how bad can sushi be? hope you get some good replies
