SW + 5:2

Please don't shout me down but does anyone do the SW plan with 2 days of the 5:2?

I love the SW way of eating but again as per usual (tried SW at least 3 times in the past) the first couple of weeks I lose well on it, only to grind to a halt of either no weight loss/pound on/pound off despite sticking to the plan 100%.

My SW consultant in the past has looked through my trackers and cannot come up with any obvious reason as to why I don't lose on a regular basis and she said I was eating just right to lose. I eat plenty of free foods and vary my a's and b's but it still doesn't happen!

I have tried 5:2 in the past and was fine on the 2 low days (it was the other 5 that was the problem with not eating enough!) so I wonder whether to combine the 2 to see if it helps me lose at least 1 lb EVERY week?
