I'm currently not as mobile as I used to be, use a crutch to get about and cardio is out of the question for now. Will it really make that much of a difference if I can't exercise? I spoke to consultant and we agreed I would try 15 mins walking as body magic to start with and see how it goes. I can walk to local shop and back it's an hour it takes so that wipes the 15 mins clear straight away.
