Excited about the new me!
Have been planning a BBQ for my birthday, and have invited a few ppl (28). I want to do a very low syn'd red day which will be tasty and with several different choices for everyone. I need help with low syn'd foods,, So far I have come up with:
I'm struggling to find anything else to cook? Any suggestions, would be great ,thanks?
- Tandori Chicken from recipe section
- marinaded Sardines, stuffed with lemon, lime zest and coriander,
- low fat sausages which are the lowest?
- pork joint which I'll butterfly and marinade overnight with chili, lemon zest, lime zest, a drizzle of olive oil, spring onion and soy sauce..
- Veg Kebabs, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes
I'm struggling to find anything else to cook? Any suggestions, would be great ,thanks?
