just looking for some help..
i've starting slimming world today, and 1/3 of your meal is meant to be fruit/veg.
well i'm very fussy with fruit/veg and don't like any of it.
would it still work the same if i enjoyed my meal, but then ate a banana or two straight after it?
is that the same?
for eg there's no veg or fruit with poached egg on toast? so can i eat a banana after? (i say banana that's about the only fruit i can tolerate?)
any help on whether i could do this would be very kind and much appreciated
