Hello! I have decided to start a diary as I have been doing very well first 3 weeks, 13lbs off. However this week I have hit the 'meh ' stage lol. I did well all week and remained within syns. Last night we went out for a meal as our old favourite restaurant reopened and we wanted to try it out. I started well, freshly bbq'd chicken at the table with veg. But then I had some pakora, rice and curry *hides face* I did then have cheek to say no to pudding because "I'm doing Sw" hahaha. Today I've been back on plan but I want chocolate so badly. I blame * week. My aim is to maintain tomorrow morning is to maintain but I'm probably more likely to be a 2lb gain between period and off plan night.
Today's eating has been:
Breakfast - heb 2 slice 400g whole meal loaf, 3 grilled bacon medallions and a fried egg (fry light).
Lunch - nothing ( had breakfast at 11am)
Snack- 2 bites of OH homemade cheese burger ( I'm calling it 5 syns between bun and sauce)
Dinner- spag Bol syn free. (Didn't each much felt full all day).
Throughout day I have used some of my HeA for milk in coffee. Had 2 zero calorie red bull and 1 can of Vimto zero. I also had 2 fruit pastels (?2) and 1jaffa cake (2)
Ending today on 9 syns as I'm not confident about my few bites of burger lol.
Weigh in Monday mornings. So I'll ramble here daily to try keep me motivated!
